Dipti Vachani

Dipti Vachani is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Adeia. She brings nearly 30 years of semiconductor industry experience, with a track record of expanding technology businesses, building industry partnerships and developing new markets for intellectual property.

Before joining Adeia, Vachani served as senior vice president and general manager of Arm’s Automotive Business Unit. There, she developed market-specific IP programs, helped expand access to Arm technology and founded the SOAFEE Alliance.

From 2015 to 2018, Vachani served as vice president and general manager of Intel Corporation’s Internet of Things Group. She previously led Power and Lighting Display as vice president and general manager at Skyworks Solutions. Earlier in her career, she held a series of program and product line leadership roles at Texas Instruments, culminating in her appointment as vice president and general manager of Single Core Processors.

Vachani served on the board of directors of Axcelis Technologies from 2022 to 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
