Xperi Holding Corporation today announced that it will host a virtual Investor Day on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 8:30AM ET.

The separation of the two businesses is believed to be the best strategy to maximize shareholder value and allow for increased flexibility for each new company to pursue new and growing market opportunities.

At the effective time of the separation Xperi Inc. will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “XPER”. Additionally, at the effective time of the separation the remaining IP licensing business from Xperi Holding Corporation will be named Adeia Inc. (“Adeia”). Adeia will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol “ADEA”.
