TiVo Renews Multi-year Patent License and Signs Global Metadata Deal with Minerva Networks

CES 2019-- TiVo Corporation (NASDAQ: TIVO), a global leader in entertainment technology and audience insights, today announced that Minerva Networks, an IPTV industry pioneer and the leading supplier of service management infrastructure for the delivery of pay-TV services, has signed a multi-year intellectual property (IP) license renewal and new global metadata deal to use TiVo as the primary metadata provider for their new cloud service delivery platform, Minerva YourTV Now.
