Adeia Inc. today announced it has entered into a multi-year license agreement with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) for access to Adeia’s comprehensive semiconductor intellectual property (IP) portfolio. The agreement also resolves all outstanding litigation between the companies.

Adeia Inc. today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. “We finished the year with strong momentum, delivering record fourth-quarter revenue of $182.6 million, along with quarterly records in operating income and adjusted EBITDA,” said Paul E. Davis, chief executive officer of Adeia.

The agreement also resolves all outstanding litigation between the companies and includes a long-term license that covers all of Disney’s products and services that were the subject of the litigation.
